Our traditional Casta Aceto, imported from Modena Italy, has a very intense color and flavor, with a soft sweetness and notes of smoked vanilla from 4 to 5 years of aging in French oak barrels. Very good with baked meats, salads and fruits. When used in hot dishes it is best to adhere a few drops at the end of the cooking process.
Italian tradition connects us with authentic products such as our organic Canepa Aceto imported from Modena Italy. Natural and delicate, obtained from organic grapes and aged in French oak barrels. Our three Casta vinegars travel through Chile, red wine vinegar from the Curicó Valley, white wine vinegar from the Maipo Valley and apple cider vinegar from the southern part of Chile. Ideal for dressing salads, creating dressings, or for making preserves. With great health benefits, free of cholesterol, they help reduce blood pressure and absorb minerals.
