This Sauvignon Blanc is made from selected vines planted in 1994 from our Maipo Valley estate. A young and fresh wine with nice acidity, with citric notes like grapefruit but also mineral notes. Combines perfectly with ceviche, and also seafood preparations and goat cheese.

Chardonnay

This Chardonnay is made from selected vines planted in 1989 from our Maipo Valley estate. Medium-bodied wine with good acidity, with fresh and citric nose, aromas of fruits such as banana and soft notes of peach. Combine perfectly with pasta filled vegetables or seafood and then white sauce, also with fishes such as tuna or salmon.

This Merlot is made from selected vines planted in 1993 from our Curicó Valley estate. Well balanced and fruity wine, with soft aromas of cassis and red fruits such as cherries. Aged for 6 months is french oak barrels, it combines perfectly with italian preparation such as stuffed pasta with tomato sauce or white sauce with spices.

This Zinfandel (Primitivo variety) is made from selected vines planted in 1995 from our Maipo Valley estate. A unique wine with aromas of raisins mainly and figs, also some blackberries, strawberries and cherries. Aged for 6 months is french oak barrels, it combines perfectly with pizzas or salads with Ibérico Ham or breaded cheeses.

Pinot noir
This Pinot Noir is made from selected vines planted in 2007 from the Leyla Valley. An attractive and fresh wine, with raspberry and cherry aromas with some tobacco. Aged for 4 months is french oak barrels, it combines perfectly with fishes like tuna or salmon, and also a shrimp risotto.

Late harvest
This Late Harvest comes from Sauvignon Blanc grapes from old vines up to 50 years old from our estate in Isla de Maipo. A wine with an excellent aromatic intensity, with aromas of tropical fruits such as papaya and mango, sweet on the palate with delicious acidity. It combines perfectly with blue cheese, desserts such as passion fruit cheesecake, profiteroles or simply to enjoy it alone.

A well balanced and soft palate wine, with aromas of red and black fruits such as gooseberries and black cherries. Aged for 6 months is french oak barrels, it combines perfectly with stews and seasoned chicken or turkey.

This blend Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is made from old vines up to 50 years old from our Maipo Valley estate. Tasty and fresh wine with Sweet red fruit aromas with some soft toasted. Aged for 6 months is french oak barrels, it combines perfectly with pork in classic sweet and sour preparations.
